The main purpose of the Sicetel Portal is the news. Keeping that in mind, our visitors will always have good quality information.
The Newsletter - The web users that wish to receive the Portal bulletin must be enrolled. Adhering to the service (free) the interested one authorizes Sicetel to occasionally send him e-mails with advertising contents.
