Industrial Relations Committee (CRI - Comissão de Relações Industriais)
SICETEL Industrial Relations Committee was formed in 1980 by professionals from human and industrial relations, with the following objectives:
To promote interchange of experiences and exchanges of informations related to Human Resources issues and politics;
To provide both professional and personal update and development of its members and to contribute to formulation of guidelines addressing the improvement of the placement of the Human Resources function and its professionals in the company organizational structure.
To stimulate development and distribution of works able to contribute to the improvement of the Human Resources professionals, through the representatives entities when appropriate.
To collaborate with class representative associations in formulating positions addressing the problems concerning the function.
